Phase I – Street and Public Outreach [public is defined as parks, cars, under freeway overpasses, river washes, and any other public place not meant for personal habitation] – Purpose: To locate homeless persons , those at-risk for homelessness and migrant farm workers to offer basic needs such as food, clothing and linking with local and county-wide resources. Phase II – Day Room – Purpose: To provide a place for rest, hydration, and nourishment. (Planning stage)

Phase III – Mobile Medical Outreach – Purpose: To provide indigent populations with access to basic medical care via mobile unit(s). (Planning stage)

Phase IV – Food Truck – Purpose: To provide a vehicle for serving meals and food distribution.

Marketplace Outreach – Working with local businesses by appointment.
